Job summary

Arcadis U.S. Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from planning through close-out in the United States.

You will coordinate with design professionals, general contractors, and construction managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or civil engineering and 4–7+ years of experience in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience with an architectural, construction management, or facilities team; public works experience a plus.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities for complex procedures and technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee several projects concurrently.
• Provide proactive planning and project management to assist project teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Manage a project from planning through construction, including design management, contract review, procurement, construction management, and close-out.
• Coordinate and obtain regulatory permits and manage procurement activities.
• Lead design professionals, general contractors, and construction manager partners; oversee their work.
• Develop and adhere to budget, timeline, and quality control plans.
• Manage internal and external project risks and contribute to health and safety culture on projects.
• Perform on-site project inspections and document tests and inspections.
• Hold project meetings and disseminate information and action items.
• Monitor contractor progress against baseline schedule; Primavera P6 experience is a plus.
• Review contractor change orders and approve pay applications.
• Manage project turnover documents and closeout; interpret construction documents.
