Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Product Management Expert contractor to shape AI-driven product workflows. You will create, evaluate, and benchmark PM deliverables reflecting senior leadership standards.

You will design realistic product scenarios and develop gold-standard deliverables across PRDs, launch memos, roadmaps, and executive briefs. No prior AI experience is required beyond product leadership expertise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Product Management experience at scale.
• Own PRDs, product strategy documents, launch materials, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Strong command of JTBD, Opportunity Solution Trees, prioritization frameworks.
• Exceptional technical writing skills and native-level written English.
• Ability to tailor communication for technical teams and executive audiences.
• Master’s degree (MBA/MS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic PM scenarios and gold-standard deliverables reflecting senior leadership standards.
• Develop and evaluate PRDs, launch memos, roadmap decks, executive presentations, and strategy briefs.
• Review AI-generated product outputs for structure, prioritization, depth, and clarity.
• Develop rubrics defining objective quality standards for PM communications.
• Differentiate leadership-level work from strong drafts and incomplete outputs.
• Annotate common PM failure modes and assess balance of customer needs, business objectives, and tech constraints.
• Apply established product frameworks to assess strategy, opportunities, prioritization, and solution design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reflect authentic, high-impact PM workflows.
