Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Product Management Expert contractor to shape AI-driven product workflows. You will design scenarios and produce executive-ready deliverables, including PRDs, launch memos, and roadmap decks, to establish benchmarks for AI-aided product decisions.

No prior AI experience is required; strong PM expertise, strategic reasoning, and ability to deliver executive-ready materials are paramount for this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Product Management experience.
• Experience with JTBD, Opportunity Solution Trees, and prioritization frameworks.
• Exceptional technical writing and native-level written English.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic PM scenarios and deliverables across PRDs, memos, roadmaps, and executive briefs.
• Create gold-standard PM deliverables demonstrating senior-level clarity and strategic thinking.
• Review AI-generated product outputs for structure, prioritization, depth, and stakeholder clarity.
• Develop rubrics defining objective quality standards for PM communications.
