Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead planning, requirements development, procurement, implementation, and transition for an enterprise Real Estate Records Management System. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams including Corporate Real Estate, IT, Procurement, and System Integrator.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PM/BA roles, experience with utility real estate platforms, and a PMP or PMI-PBA certification is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, or a related field.
• 10+ years PM/BA experience including 7+ years leading complex enterprise system implementations in utility/infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record delivering full-lifecycle real-estate/land-management system projects with requirements, procurement, vendor oversight, data migration, integration, testing, cutover and stabilization.
• Direct experience with major real-estate/land-management platforms (Pandell, ENKON Integral-LIS, Quorum Land, Flairdocs Electric Track).
• PMO and governance alignment; PMP or PMI-PBA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, requirements development, procurement, implementation, testing, cutover, and transition to operations of the Real Estate Records Management System.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Corporate Real Estate, Right-of-Way, Utility Technology, GIS, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Cybersecurity, Engineering, IT, and System Integrator.
• Develop detailed business, functional, technical, data, reporting, security, and integration requirements; ensure traceability and testability.
• Develop RFPs, terms and conditions, statements of work, vendor evaluation criteria, and acceptance criteria.
