Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead planning, requirements, procurement, and transition to operations for an enterprise Real Estate Records Management System. The PM/BA will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, and the System Integrator.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years in PM/BA roles with real estate or land-management experience, plus familiarity with GIS-enabled systems, data migration, and RFP development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management and business analysis experience, including 7+ years leading complex enterprise system implementations in utility/infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering full-lifecycle real-estate/land-management/GIS-enabled projects.
• Direct experience with major real-estate/land-management platforms (e.g., Pandell, ENKON Integral-LIS, Quorum Land, Flairdocs Electric Track).
• Experience producing current-state documentation, detailed requirements, RFPs, and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, requirements, procurement, implementation, testing, cutover, and transition to operations for the Real Estate Records Management System.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and System Integrator to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Capture and document detailed business, functional, technical, data, reporting, security, and integration requirements.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and testing with traceability from requirements to results.
• Develop RFPs, terms and conditions, and vendor evaluation criteria.
