Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead the Real Estate Records Management System initiative. The role involves planning, requirements development, procurement, implementation, and transition to operations for a complex enterprise system.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and vendors, collaborating with Procurement and the System Integrator to ensure successful delivery and compliance with PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in PM/BA roles.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle real estate/land management system projects in utilities.
• Proven ability to produce current-state documentation, detailed requirements, RFPs, and SOWs with vendor oversight.
• Experience integrating real-estate systems with ArcFM GIS, ERP and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, requirements, procurement, implementation, testing, cutover, and operations transition.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Corporate Real Estate, Right-of-Way, Utility Technology, GIS, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Operations, ITD, and System Integrator.
