Our client, Eliassen Group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead planning, requirements development, procurement, and transition to operations for an enterprise Real Estate Records Management System. This remote contract role involves coordinating with procurement, vendors, and a System Integrator to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, or a related field.
Proven track record with 10+ years in project management and business analysis across complex enterprise deployments.
Experience delivering two or more full lifecycle real-estate/land-management system projects.

Responsibilities

Manage planning, requirements development, procurement, implementation, testing, cutover, and transition to operations for the Real Estate Records Management System.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with System Integrator.
Develop detailed business, functional, technical, data, reporting, security, and integration requirements.
Support RFPs, terms and conditions, and Statements of Work.
Oversee data migration, integrations with ArcFM GIS, ERP, and other systems.
