Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead planning, requirements development, procurement, and deployment for an enterprise Real Estate Records Management System. This remote contract role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver business and technical outcomes.

You will develop detailed requirements, RFPs, and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability and a smooth transition to operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, requirements development, procurement, implementation, testing, cutover, and transition to operations of the Real Estate Records Management System.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including Corporate Real Estate, Right-of-Way, Utility Technology, GIS, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Operations, ITD, third-party vendors, and the System Integrator.
• Develop detailed business, functional, technical, data, reporting, security, and integration requirements.
• Develop or support RFPs, terms and conditions, Statements of Work, and vendor criteria.
• Coordinate data assessment, migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Oversee unit, system integration, data-conversion, user acceptance, and performance testing.
• Oversee cutover planning and execution, including data migration and activation.
• Prepare timely project reports and governance presentations.
• Maintain transparent communication and issue resolution.
