Job summary

Orangesoft is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager who blends hands-on project execution with analytical expertise and a proactive mindset for quality delivery. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, shape product requirements, and collaborate closely with clients in a transparent, curiosity-driven culture.

You will gather requirements, manage scope, timelines, budget, and KPIs, while acting as the primary client contact and problem-solver across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Business Analyst or Project Manager in software development.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and hands-on experience
• Requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management
• Experience leading teams of 5+ people (dev, design, QA)
• Experience with project profitability
• English B2+ for client/stakeholder communication
