Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking a qualified plumbing designer for a remote position, preferably near Arlington, VA. You will work on diverse projects including educational and healthcare settings, under the guidance of experienced professionals.

The ideal candidate must have an associate degree, 6+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit. The role includes various responsibilities from design to client interactions. The salary range is $84,200 to $105,200 with a full benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of related experience required.
• Current CPD, PE, or FPE in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform design of ductwork, piping, and equipment selection for plumbing systems.
• May supervise project management within the mechanical discipline.
• Prepare Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle multiple projects

Experience with Revit

Knowledge of HVAC systems

Project management experience

Education
