Qualifications

• Valid Professional Land Surveyor license is required (multi-state licensure a plus).
• Field and office surveying experience with attention to detail is essential.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration and growth with the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians and field crews.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews; conduct research at town/county/state levels.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps and aerials to identify constraints and plan projects.
• Collaborate with drafting managers and operations to provide updates and address plan revisions.
