Blew & Associates, P.A. is a premier national firm in land surveying, engineering, and environmental services. We seek a Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey technicians, perform boundary/easement/title reviews, and drive projects from field to completion.

You will analyze surveys, field notes, maps, and aerial photos to identify constraints, while collaborating with drafting and operations teams. Remote work capability is valued.

Qualifications

• Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required; multiple state licensures a plus.
• Field and office experience in land surveying essential; attention to detail is a must.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating new revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to take direction and grow with the company.
• Proven track record of managing survey crews.
• Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work remotely.
• Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey; proficiency with Quickbase to log job statuses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
• Conduct detailed research at town, county, and state levels.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photographs, and other materials to identify constraints.
• Calculate quantities and volumes; communicate with crew chiefs daily.
• Collaborate with drafting managers, design staff, and operations for status updates and plan revisions.
