Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. seeks a Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey crews and oversee boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews. You will evaluate field data, maps, and aerial imagery to plan timely, budget-conscious projects while coordinating with drafting and operations teams.

You will manage technicians, log job statuses in Quickbase, and contribute to business growth by acquiring new clients across state lines. A PLS license and AutoCAD/Carlson proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PLS license.
• Field and office surveying experience required.
• Experience acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Carlson Survey; Quickbase is a plus.
• Willing to be on call for weekends every 3–4 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerial photos for project constraints.
• Collaborate with drafting, design, and operations teams; provide status updates.
