Job summary

QualityAI is seeking a Playwright Automation Architect / Technical Lead to design and lead scalable automation solutions across our software ecosystem. This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in Playwright, automation architecture, CI/CD, API and backend testing, and AI-enabled quality engineering.

You will design Playwright-based frameworks for UI and API testing, integrate them into CI/CD, mentor QA teams, collaborate with developers and product owners, and drive reliability,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Automation Testing or QA roles.
• Deep hands-on Playwright expertise.
• Experience with automation architecture, CI/CD, API testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience applying AI-assisted QA practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve Playwright-based automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Establish automation standards, reusable patterns, governance, and best practices.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous testing.
• Improve framework scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Evaluate and adopt modern automation tools and technologies.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and reduce flaky tests.
• Perform API, service, integration, and backend validation.
