Job summary

our is seeking a senior QA automation engineer to design scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium, and to integrate AI/LLM capabilities with Claude or OpenAI APIs.

You will own CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, collaborate with product, data science, and developers, and track quality with Linear or Jira. The role requires 5+ years in software QA automation and a strong Agile mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in software QA automation engineering.
• Proficient with Playwright (TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python); Selenium experience acceptable with modern testing architectures.
• Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (Claude or OpenAI APIs) and writing system prompts.
• Experience using Linear for agile issue tracking; Jira acceptable.
• CI/CD integration experience with automated tests.
• Strong Agile/Scrum mindset and fast-paced collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end automation frameworks using Playwright (or Selenium).
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into the test suite for self-healing scripts and non-deterministic UI validation.
• Automate repetitive QA tasks, optimize test coverage, and handle dynamic content validation.
• Track defects, manage regression suites, and drive sprint tasks within Linear/Jira.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data scientists to align validation strategies.
