Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of professional QA or test automation experience
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python for test automation
• Comfort with AI-based testing tools to improve operations
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
• Experience with Git
• Ability to write and run SQL queries
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Curiosity to adopt new AI testing tools

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test suites for web applications using Playwright or similar frameworks
• Build and run automated smoke, regression, and end-to-end tests to validate new features and releases
• Evaluate and apply emerging AI-powered testing tools to accelerate QA operations
• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution, and verify fixes
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor results
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria
• Participate in code and test reviews to uphold quality standards
• Maintain clear documentation for test coverage, processes, and results
• Contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
