InsitePeek: AI x Quality Engineering is hiring an Automation QA Engineer to advance our Playwright-based testing and AI-assisted workflows. You will own end-to-end coverage, integrate tests into CI, and triage failures across APIs and data stores.

You will leverage AI coding assistants to boost sprint output and read application code when tests fail, ensuring tests reflect real-world behavior and edge cases.

Qualifications

• API testing depth: you can write, debug, and trace requests end-to-end.
• Comfort using AI tools (LLM-based coding assistants, AI-powered debugging).
• Full-stack exposure to read and interrogate application code when tests fail.
• Ability to triage a failure, determine root cause, and distinguish test vs. app bugs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coverage strategy: from design through CI integration and failure triage.
• Use AI coding assistants as a core part of workflow to ship more output per sprint.
• Debug and trace failures across API responses, database state, and logic without waiting for tickets.
• Set a higher standard for the team by shipping work others can learn from.
