Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, chat or email support experience.
• Direct gaming, player support or KYC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to player enquiries.
• Provide accurate information on game features, gameplay and promotions.
• Assist users with account, payment, verification and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot common gameplay issues and escalate complex cases.
• Handle player complaints with patience and empathy.
• Document customer interactions using the support system.
• Coordinate with technical and QA teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor player feedback and identify service trends.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product changes and promotions.
• Support ongoing improvement of customer-service processes.
