Job summary

• Broad platform ownership including infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, identity and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture and technical direction.
• Lead incident response for platform outages (SEV-0/SEV-1).
• Contribute to platform services by writing production code in Python/Go/Java.
• Review architecture proposals and ADRs for cross-team impact.
• Set up deployment configurations (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD) and secrets management.
• Mentor and grow a platform team of 4–5 engineers.
