Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a Project Management or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and/or develop systems to track orders from entry to shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support bid processes with order management activities alongside senior leaders.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to achieve on-time shipment.
• Review customer Purchase Orders and resolve commercial/technical issues.
• Prepare orders for entry and manage related documents.
• Work with engineering, quotations, sales, and customers to manage change orders.
