Job summary

Precisely is hiring a Platform Engineer to lead security tooling for our global SaaS environment. You will work at the intersection of Security, Platform Engineering, and development teams, building platforms, automation, and guardrails that help engineers meet security requirements.

This remote role is 100% in the US, with responsibilities to design and implement tooling such as GitHub Advanced Security, JFrog Xray, and other security and dependency management platforms, while improving

Qualifications

• 2+ years in security/platform engineering in production.
• Strong programming or scripting in Go, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with security tooling across code scanning, SCA, and container security.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead security tooling across application security and cloud posture.
• Design automation for vulnerability detection and remediation workflows.
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering to turn policies into controls.
• Improve developer experience with tooling and reduce noise.
• Drive security initiatives and OKR efforts.
