Resend is seeking a Security Engineer to enhance the security foundations of its platform including API management and service permissions. The role is fully remote, catering to Americas and European time zones.

Ideal candidates will have experience in securing production infrastructure and developer platforms, a passion for developer experience, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently. The position offers a salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 USD based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience securing production infrastructure and multi-tenant SaaS products is required.
• Ability to write and read infrastructure and application code is essential.
• Strong understanding of IAM, logging, audit trails, and secure deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance security foundations for Resend’s platform.
• Design secure defaults for various internal services and tools.
• Improve detection mechanisms for suspicious activities.
