Job summary

CapTech is seeking a SaaS platform engineer to lead the engineering, administration, and evolution of our enterprise application ecosystem. You will own critical SaaS and cloud platforms, drive automation, security, and scalability, and influence tooling, architecture, and operational standards.

You will partner with ITOperations, InfoSec, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve user experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience administering complex cloud-based SaaS environments in professional or enterprise settings.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into workable technical solutions.
• Strong familiarity with identity, authentication, and authorization models.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical owner for a portfolio of SaaS and select on‑premises platforms.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve configurations, integrations, and access models.
• Lead automation initiatives (AI Agents, PowerShell, APIs, workflows) to streamline provisioning, access management, audits.
• Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, and business teams to scale solutions and enforce governance.
