Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the OneStream Platform features, collaborating with product, development, and quality teams to deliver value.

You will own product priorities, gather stakeholder feedback, draft requirements, and help create training and documentation to enable sales, presales, and customers.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, lifecycle involvement, and mentoring, with a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology or similar.
• 10 years CPM product management and related experience.
• Experience with CPM domains: financial modeling, data integration, budgeting, forecasting.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of object-oriented languages such as Java and C++.
• Hands-on technical experience with CPM apps: financial model and metadata design, data integration, dashboards, graphs, reports.

Responsibilities

• Determine product priorities through stakeholder interaction; act as voice of the customer.
• Serve as product owner for multiple solutions and main contact for features.
• Lead strategy, tactics, and delivery timelines for product areas.
• Lead customer focus groups to understand product features and capabilities.
• Develop prototypes to aid Engineering’s understanding of requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and draft leadership updates.
• Develop documentation and training materials for stakeholders; enable Presales, Sales, Marketing.
