Job summary

BetterCloud, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own our content strategy end-to-end and lead how Corestack shows up in the market. Our audience is technical and demanding, so content must be sharp, useful, and genuinely engaging.

This role reports to the Director of Marketing and collaborates with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales. You will manage editorial calendars, freelancer partners, and the website’s content library to drive pipeline and maintain brand voice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Ownership of a content function including strategy and budget.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with samples.
• Experience with A/B testing and content personalization using data.
• Strong curiosity and ability to dive into topics to understand them.
• Experience with analytics and SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics).
• Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully without flattening the voice.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the content strategy across the full funnel.
• Build and manage editorial calendar; oversee freelancers and agencies.
• Own website content including AEO/GEO strategy, keywords, metadata.
• Manage paid media content for newsletters, social, and ads.
• Write email copy and nurture campaign content.
• Write and edit flagship pieces: reports, narratives, press releases.
• Ensure content earns traffic, generates pipeline, used by Sales.
• Uphold a brand voice that is bold, plainspoken, and not fluffy.
