Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager I to drive CPM platform features from conception through release. You will gather stakeholder feedback, draft requirements, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and UX to shape the product roadmap and ensure customer success.

You will own priorities, lead multiple features, and mentor teammates while communicating strategy to leadership. Remote, USA-based Full-Time with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in CPM product management and solutions delivery within a CPM environment.
• Experience with financial modeling, data integration, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Ability to analyze and communicate technical issues; lead discussions and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Determine product priorities through stakeholder input and act as voice of the customer.
• Lead product owner responsibilities for multiple solutions and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Define strategy, timelines, and delivery for product areas.
• Collaborate with marketing, presales, and sales to illustrate new features.
