Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Platform Platform Resident Consultant to partner with strategic customers for Falcon adoption and optimization. You’ll plan deployments, provide operational support, and work across security domains including Endpoint, Identity, and Cloud.

Expect travel up to 20% and a focus on delivering value through expert technical guidance. You’ll bring 5+ years in security applications and 3+ years in consulting, plus strong communication and scripting skills to enable

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 5+ years using security applications (endpoint/identity/cloud/SIEM).
• 3+ years in client-facing consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux.
• Experience with AI to improve processes and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical advisor for strategic customers.
• Drive Falcon adoption, optimization, and operational excellence.
• Plan deployment and integration of Falcon modules with customer tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams and Professional Services.
• Develop scripts and automation using Falcon APIs.
• Guide incident management and security operations practices.
• Contribute to collateral and customer-facing materials.
