Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Platform Resident Consultant to partner with strategic customers, maximize Falcon adoption, and drive operational excellence in an embedded, remote role.

You’ll lead technical engagements across Falcon modules (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud), deploy configurations, develop scripts via Falcon APIs, and collaborate with Professional Services to deliver customer-facing collateral while mentoring client teams. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with security apps (endpoint, identity, cloud, SIEM)
• 3+ years of client-facing consulting
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
• Experience using AI to improve decisions/workflows

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical advisor for strategic customers
• Deploy and optimize CrowdStrike Falcon environment
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and Professional Services
• Develop scripts using Falcon APIs
• Assist with incident management and vulnerability processes
