CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking an embedded Platform Resident Consultant to partner with strategic customers and maximize Falcon investment. You will plan, deploy, and support Falcon environments across multiple industries, contributing to operational excellence and security outcomes.

You will advise, implement, and optimize Falcon modules (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud) with technical teams, while mentoring customers on best practices, threat hunting, and incident

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with relevant security applications (endpoint, identity, cloud, SIEM).
• 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
• Basic understanding of software deployment technologies.
• Knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience in computer and network systems security.
• Proven ability to use AI to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned strategic customer accounts.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer security teams and leadership.
• Understand customer security operations workflows and objectives.
• Mentor customer teams on Falcon best practices and threat hunting.
