Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Platform Associate Resident Consultant (Remote) to partner with strategic customers, ensuring successful Falcon adoption and operational excellence. You will deploy, configure and optimize modules across endpoints, identity, and cloud, while guiding customers through planning, deployment, and ongoing support.

The role demands 2+ years of security applications experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience with security applications (endpoint, identity, cloud, SIEM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software deployment technologies and cross-platform admin (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded technical advisor to strategic customers.
• Deploy and optimize the CrowdStrike Falcon platform for customers.
• Troubleshoot issues and integrate Falcon with existing tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to create customer-facing collateral.
