Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Platform Resident Consultant to act as an embedded technical advisor for strategic customers, maximizing Falcon value through deployment, optimization, and operational excellence.

You will work across endpoints, identity, and cloud modules, mentoring customer teams and guiding incident management while collaborating with Professional Services to deliver customer-ready collateral.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with security applications (endpoint, identity, cloud, SIEM, etc.).
• 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
• Basics of software deployment technologies.
• Proficient on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Experience in computer and network security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned strategic customer accounts.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer security teams and leadership.
• Understand customer security operations workflows, use cases and business objectives.
• Mentor customer teams on Falcon best practices and threat hunting techniques.
• Provide technical implementation and troubleshooting for CrowdStrike Falcon deployments.
• Assist customers with operationalizing all Falcon modules.
• Troubleshoot issues across small to large enterprises.
• Develop solutions using Falcon APIs and scripting.
• Plan projects and coordinate with customer IT teams.
• Support integration of CrowdStrike with existing tools and incident management.
