CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Platform Resident Consultant to partner with strategic customers, maximize Falcon adoption, and drive operational excellence across deployments.

You will combine technical consulting with deep Falcon knowledge, focusing on endpoints, identity, or cloud modules, and guide planning, deployment, and ongoing support for customers’ Falcon environments. The role emphasizes building trusted advisor relationships, advising on security operations workflows, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with security applications (endpoint/identity/cloud/SIEM).
• 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
• Basic understanding of software deployment technologies.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience in computer and network security.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to improve processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned strategic customer accounts.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer security teams and leadership.
• Understand customer security operations workflows, use cases, and objectives.
• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Falcon deployments.
• Operationalize all Falcon modules across customer environments.
• Troubleshoot issues across small to large enterprises.
• Develop scripts and solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Collaborate with IT teams on planning and status of projects.
• Support vulnerability and asset management with Exposure Management.
• Assist integration of CrowdStrike into existing tools.
• Guide incident management with customer leads.
• Help create customer-facing collateral with Professional Services.
