Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Platform Resident Consultant to partner with strategic customers, drive Falcon adoption, and optimize deployment across environments. This embedded technical advisory role focuses on endpoints, identity, or cloud modules and requires hands-on implementation and operational support.

You'll work with customer IT teams, guide incident management, and develop collateral with Professional Services, traveling up to 20% as needed. This is a remote US-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience with relevant security applications (endpoint, identity, cloud, SIEM, etc.).
• 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience; strong communication required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical advisor for assigned strategic customer accounts.
• Lead deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and Professional Services on deployments and integrations.
• Mentor customers on Falcon best practices and threat hunting.
