Job summary

IEM is seeking a Platform Administrator to manage an assigned portfolio of E&D projects through their life cycle. The role provides operational support, ensures accurate documentation and invoicing readiness, and partners with Platform Managers and SORs to enable successful project execution.

The position is fully remote in the US with a competitive salary and benefits. This role reports to the Platform Executive and requires 1–2 years in project management or a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Project Management or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Field Service projects from manufacturing completion through invoicing and financial closeout.
• Maintain project documentation, customer orders, and project records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Manage IEM Procore inspections, including reviewing inspection documentation, monitoring AWS Observations, and ensuring required documentation supports invoicing and project closeout.
• Verify invoicing readiness by ensuring required project documentation, inspections, commissioning records, and customer requirements are complete and accurate.
• Support commissioning activities by participating in commissioning calls and maintaining commissioning documentation.
• Generate and maintain operational reports to monitor project status, invoice readiness, and project closeout.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues, support process improvements, assist with training, and perform other duties as assigned.
