Job summary

Impartner Software is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to guide customers through implementing our PRM platform. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to non-technical stakeholders.

You will coordinate across Product, Sales, and Support, develop detailed plans, manage risks, and mentor junior PMs. This role is remote within select US states and requires strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise software/SaaS project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering multiple complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Serve as primary point of contact, manage expectations, provide status updates.
• Coordinate across Product, Sales, and Support to align resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Identify process improvements and best practices for clients.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, track metrics, report outcomes to leadership and clients.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote knowledge sharing.
