• 1–3 years’ experience in Plastics Distribution Sales or related industry.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP experience a plus.
• Strong negotiation, organization and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales in the territory to reach sales, gross profit, volume, penetration targets, and product goals.
• Service existing accounts and coordinate division’s sales and delivery to meet customer needs.
• Interact with customers, Sales Management, CSRs, Technical, Purchasing, Quality and Finance to resolve issues.
• Monitor competitive situations including pricing, terms, and materials handled by competitors.
• Develop and maintain professional presence in the territory and expand product knowledge.
• Gathers information and maintains records on customer sales and prospects.
