Job summary

Imagine360 is seeking a Plan Document Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on preparing plan documents and summary plan descriptions, and amendments for clients while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the plans under responsibility.

The position emphasizes communication with clients and brokers, coordination across EBMS departments, and ensuring regulatory compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and state laws.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of benefit regulations and ERISA.
• Experience drafting and revising plan documents and SPD summaries.
• Ability to communicate with clients and brokers to gather information.

Responsibilities

• Draft, restate, and amend plan documents and SPDs for various plans.
• Ensure documents comply with ERISA, COBRA, PHSA, HIPAA and state laws.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers and EBMS teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain electronic Plan Document Directory and distribute documents to relevant parties.
• Identify inconsistencies with federal/state laws and resolve with the team.
• Provide customer service and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements.
