Job summary

Imagine360 is seeking a Plan Analyst to join the team. This role develops and implements new plan documents in the claims system, maintaining a thorough understanding of the plan documents under their responsibility.

The position is 100% remote and offers opportunities to design systems, support plan language interpretation, and assist internal stakeholders with plan design testing and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of claims examiner or plan building experience required.
• Familiarity with VBA, Javelina, and/or GBAS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan building: designs and implements system setup in accordance to plan document description.
• Plan Document Language: ensures plan language conforms to the group's intent and plans are built correctly.
• Customer Service: resolves inquiries and escalates issues as needed.
• Quality Assurance: participates in meetings, monitors quality, and assists with testing and improvements.
