Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with strong FEHA experience to join our plaintiff-side practice in Beverly Hills. This role is fully remote, offering hands-on responsibility and exposure to high-stakes FEHA matters.

You will manage plaintiff-side Employment Litigation, draft pleadings and briefs, take and defend depositions, and prepare for mediations, hearings and trial while earning a base salary up to 275,000 USD plus a case percentage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' Employment Litigation experience.
• Experience handling FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Plaintiff-side or defense-side Employment Litigation experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side Employment Litigation matters involving FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs.
• Manage written discovery and litigation strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare matters for mediations, hearings and trial.
• Build strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.
