Qualifications

• 4+ years of Employment Litigation experience in California.
• Strong litigation, research and writing abilities.
• Active California Bar in good standing.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle California Employment Defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and substantive litigation documents.
• Manage discovery and assist with depositions, hearings, mediations and trial prep.
• Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy.
• Advise employer clients on employment-related disputes.
• Take increasing ownership of matters as experience grows.
• Work with senior attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process.
• Gain exposure to employment investigations and counseling matters.
• Trial-focused Employment Litigation practice.
