Career Consulting Partners partners with a California employment law firm seeking a single-plaintiff FEHA attorney with 2–6 years of experience to join a high‑impact litigation team in Los Angeles.

You will manage FEHA cases, draft complaints, take depositions, and appear in mediations and court, with a flexible hybrid schedule, strong compensation ($140k–$190k+), and comprehensive benefits to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in California, in good standing.
• 2 to 6 years of employment law litigation experience in California (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Strong foundation in FEHA, California Labor Code, CFRA, and Civil Procedure.
• Trial-ready, team-oriented, and client-outcome driven.
• Comfort using modern legal tech and AI tools to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of single-plaintiff FEHA cases from filing through resolution.
• Draft complaints and oppose MSJs; handle complex evidentiary motions.
• Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, PMKs, supervisors, and experts.
• Contribute to team strategy and refine arguments for cases.
• Represent clients in mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances.
