Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation Associate | Hands-on trial practice | Real responsibility (depos/hearings) | Boutique growth opportunity | Beverly Hills (Remote)

The Role

• Employment Litigation Associate (Plaintiff-side)
• You’ll handle the full lifecycle of employment cases including:
• FEHA discrimination/harassment/retaliation; wrongful termination
• Taking/defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, discovery strategy
• Case ownership with strong partner guidance; opportunities to push toward trial
• Bonus point if you also bring business/commercial litigation exposure (useful crossover)
• Mid-level target: around $200k base (flexible based on level/fit)
• Alternative structure: lower base + percentage on matters worked
