We Are Legal Revolution in Los Angeles seeks a plaintiff personal injury attorney with 5+ years of trial experience to lead active cases from start to resolution. This role offers hands-on deposition, discovery, and client-facing responsibilities, with ownership of complex civil matters.

Primarily onsite, you will develop case strategy, liaise with experts, and drive settlement and trial preparation while working within a strong brand and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Active admission to the California Bar.

Responsibilities

• Managing personal injury matters from litigation through resolution.
• Developing liability, damages and overall case strategy.
• Drafting and responding to written discovery.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Drafting and arguing motions.
• Working with medical professionals and expert witnesses.
• Preparing matters for mediation and settlement negotiations.
• Evaluating settlement opportunities and case value.
• Preparing cases for trial.
• Maintaining direct communication with clients.
• Working collaboratively with attorneys and litigation support professionals.
