Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active attorney licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years plaintiff-side personal injury experience, pre-litigation.
• Strong knowledge of California personal injury law and procedures.
• Excellent case investigation, evaluation, and analysis skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple matters.

Aufgaben

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Conduct case investigations and evaluate liability, damages, exposure.
• Draft pre-litigation demand packages and related documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain proactive client communication and manage expectations.
