Jobot is seeking a plaintiff attorney to join our remote team in a versatile role handling a docket that includes personal injury, wrongful death, and fire litigation. You will conduct legal research, prepare pleadings and motions, attend hearings, and negotiate with opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in CA.
• Experience as First or Second Chair in plaintiff litigation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle cases.
• Provide counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
