We Are Legal Revolution in New York City seeks a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to take cases from filing through verdict in a remote-capable role. Compensation is up to $250,000 base plus bonus potential, with a track record of high-value plaintiff-side settlements and verdicts.

Ideal candidates will handle discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation and trial, with at least three years of PI experience and two jury trials as first chair.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission.
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Two jury trials as first chair.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from filing through verdict.
• Meet with clients and initiate lawsuits.
• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Take fact-witness and expert depositions.
• Retain and work closely with expert witnesses.
• Handle court appearances, hearings and motions.
• Prepare for and attend mediations.
• Develop cases for trial and try them to verdict.
• Draft and file post-trial motions.
• Direct support staff and participate in file audits and trial clinics.
