We Are Legal Revolution is urgently seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney in California. You will manage a plaintiff employment docket end-to-end, handling wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour class actions.

Expect significant trial exposure and direct collaboration with the founder in a people-first culture. The role offers up to $350k total package with uncapped commissions and an origination bonus; remote work from Orange County.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years plaintiff employment litigation preferred; will consider 5+ years if you can independently run multiple cases cradle-to-grave.
• Strong deposition, brief-writing, and courtroom skills; trial experience ideal.
• California bar; business-development mindset a plus (and rewarded).

• Manage a plaintiff employment docket end-to-end (intake, strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediations, trial prep/trial).
• Areas of practice: Wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage & hour class actions.
• Take and defend depositions (fact & expert); draft and argue substantive motions.
