Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys handling single-plaintiff employment litigation
• Oversee the full lifecycle of cases, from intake and case strategy through litigation
• Assess new matters, evaluate legal merit, and guide case direction
• Supervise pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal filings
• Oversee or participate in settlements, mediations, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with legal support staff, operations, and other departments to keep matters progressing
• Provide mentorship, training, and quality control across the team
• Work closely with firm leadership to improve departmental performance and support growth
