Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Intermediate Piping Engineer Energy – Remote, based from Oak Ridge, TN. You will design, layout, install and maintain piping systems and supports for nuclear and commercial projects, creating P&IDs and 3D models.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks) and piping stress software. You will work in multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in nuclear/mechanical piping design.

Responsibilities

• Design, layout, installation, and maintenance of piping systems and supports.
• Create detailed drawings, P&IDs and 3D models for piping routes and plant setup.
• Perform stress analysis to ensure structural integrity per codes.
