AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Intermediate I&C Engineer Energy for a remote position based out of our Oak Ridge, TN office. The role includes responsibilities for design and maintenance of monitoring and control systems for industrial processes, particularly in the nuclear industry.

Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Familiarity with industry standards and Cyber Security for nuclear facilities is preferred. Salary is projected between $72,000 and $120,000 annually based on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience in nuclear industry preferred.
• Ability to complete complex technical work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designs and maintenance of systems that monitor, control, and automate industrial processes.
• Develops and executes maintenance, testing, and startup procedures.
• Mentors and conducts quality reviews of the work of junior colleagues.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Higher-level knowledge of principles related to instrumentation and control

Familiarity with Cyber Security requirements

Education
